Creating a Distinctive Rewards Experience
BeBold is an employee rewards program for Veritas, designed to motivate and celebrate staff achievements. The challenge was to create an experience that felt energetic and distinctive while working within Veritas’ broader brand environment. A comic-inspired creative direction was developed around bold typography, illustrated characters and graphic storytelling, giving the program its own recognisable personality.
A Flexible Comic-Inspired Digital System
The final experience applies the comic-inspired visual language across the rewards portal, campaign messaging and supporting digital communications. Bold typography, illustrated characters, speech bubbles and graphic panels create a consistent system that can accommodate rewards, training, resources and promotional content while maintaining a distinctive BeBold identity.
